Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) invites applications for the SU2C Health Equity Breakthrough Team Research Grant Program. The Breakthrough Team represents an unprecedented opportunity to bring together the best scientific minds from diverse fields of research to concentrate on new approaches to address health equity in the context of cancer research.
USDA-NIFA – Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (AFRI) Education and Workforce Development now includes a NEW Program Area to address the need to develop and deploy rapid, reliable, and readily-adoptable strategies in workforce preparation through formal K-14 education, as well as in youth development through non-formal education to cultivate interest and competencies in STEM and agriculture during this challenging time.
UA may submit one proposal -- either as a single institution or as subawardee or a member of a Collaborative Research project -- from each constituent school or college that awards degrees in an eligible field. The anticipated amount available for grants in FY 2020 is approximately $8.8 million.
Through this Notice of Special Interest (NOSI), the National Cancer Institute (NCI) announces an opportunity for current NCI funded Principal Investigators whose postdoctoral fellows have temporarily lost stipend support from a non-profit funder because of the COVID-19 global pandemic may apply for an administrative supplement to cover the postdoctoral fellow’s salary plus applicable F&A for the time and effort devoted to the NCI funded grant.
